When we started out in 2016 as Focus Hygiene Services, we offered solely Cleaning & Hygiene services.
Given our teams background, with extensive experience and knowledge, with over a decade in the corporate and construction sector, we felt it was only natural to offer Facilities Solutions under our umbrella, giving our clients a 1-stop shop experience, adding more value to our service offering!

Our Mission
Our mission is to not only provide our clients’ but our staff with quality services by treating them well such paying them a little more than the governed rate, being a little more compassionate which in turn has our staff providing a much better service to our clients and in return keeping everyone happy.
This has proven to bring out so much more from staffing like having morale and loyalty, which is hard to come by. This being said, having staff as cleaners and motivating them to work in a place where majority of people degrade them & their work, we strive to help uplift them in so much more ways that they are not seen as just cleaners but also assistants and referred to as Hygiene Specialists.
Our intention is to implement a Focused philosophy whereby management is involved physically by visiting sites on a more than regular basis throughout the tenure of our contracts, being as hands on as possible till sites run perfectly and independently, doing random site visits and checks, and most importantly having all our staff adequately trained with not only the best cleaning practices but in customer services as well both internally & externally.

Emergency Response
Focus Facilities Solutions has an Emergency Response team available at any time, 24/7. Our turnaround time for the team to be at the required site will be 2 to 4 hours depending on the location of where the emergency is. This includes the cleanup, assistance and recovery of workspaces after disasters such as floods, fires and break-in’s etc.
