Working across South Africa exposed me to diverse cultures and communities, showing me that cleaning is about more than spotless environments — it’s about uplifting people and building opportunities. With this vision, I founded Focus FS to bring purpose, professionalism, and impact to the industry, raising standards while empowering both staff and clients.
After more than a decade in the fast-paced world of Freight and Airfreight exports, I brought my corporate experience into our family business with a clear focus on people and growth. From the outset, I’ve worked to create a culture that values and uplifts staff, ensuring they are supported in an industry that often overlooks them. This approach has built a loyal and high-performing team, while strengthening my passion for the Cleaning and Facilities sector and the impact it makes every day.
With 15 years of experience in office administration and human resources within the cleaning industry, Tarryn has developed strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented approach that adds real value to the workplace. Her passion lies in supporting and uplifting staff through education, training, and skills development, ensuring people grow alongside the business. By combining structure, care, and a people-first mindset, she helps foster a workplace culture where employees feel empowered and clients benefit from dedicated, motivated teams.
